And . . . .

There was a part of me that never felt fulfilled, that never felt like I was enough…...

I realized through some horrible romantic choices, numbing tendencies and addictions that my internal struggles held me back from feeling truly successful, loved, seen and valued. I was held back by my past pain and fear of the future.I used to constantly judge myself and fall into the trap of comparing. I was over-doing, overworking. I had no idea how to slow down and not feel guilty about it.I knew deep in my heart and my gut that I was meant for more, that life was meant to be enjoyed, to be cherished, to be lived fully and enthusiastically no matter the challenge and I was hungry to embody this truth.

Fast forward to many meditations retreats, countless spiritual re-births, inner child healing, shadow-work and meeting my first Mentor- Dr. Jinju Dasalla. Working with her really made my life come full circle. I realized that my purpose was not to lead people on stages, but to help people lead their lives from a place of compassion, dignity and freedom.
